Insurance - We have full £5million public liability insurance and £10millon employers liability insurance.

Training - All our staff are fully trained and we hold a NVQ level 2 in window cleaning. We also hold a CSCS card to enable us to work on building sites. We are also members of the Master Guild of Window Cleaners.

Health & Safety - We take health & safety very seriously and we use the lastest technology to assist us in our work. Our staff all wear company uniforms, high visability waistcoats and safety work boots.

Weather - We window clean all year round and in most weather conditions. We will clean in light snow and light rain as this does not affect the quality of the clean. If there is snow and ice around we will sprinkle salt on your paths and driveways afterwards, where our hoses have been, so they are not slippy.

Complaints - Our aim at Glen Parva Cleaning Services is to always give our customers a high standard of cleaning but if you are not completely satisfied with the work we have done then please contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will come back and rectify the problem free of charge. Please make sure that the mistake is our fault to avoid embarrassment.
